Chhath Puja

Chhath Geet

Classic Chhath geet, one continuous station. Press play and stay with the sunrise for a while.

Chaar din ka parv

Four quiet days. One continuous fast of the heart.

  1. Day 1

    Nahay Khay

The house is cleaned. Devotees bathe in the river and take one simple sattvik meal.

  2. Day 2

    Kharna

A full day without food or water, broken after sunset with kheer, roti, and fruit.

  3. Day 3

    Sandhya Arghya

Families stand in the water and offer arghya to the setting sun with a filled soop.

  4. Day 4

    Usha Arghya

Before first light, arghya is offered to the rising sun. The long fast ends.

Why this exists

Chhath needs no priest and no temple queue — only water, the sun, and the people you grew up with. If you are far from home, this is a small window back to the ghat.

Open the page, press play, keep it running. Songs stream through YouTube, so nothing is hosted or downloaded here.
